On my day off you will find me: Working on my camper, in the pool, or in front of the computer.

Favorite Movie: The Matrix Trilogy or any of the Star Trek's (yes, I'm a closet Trekkie!)

I love Christ Community Church because: It's home.  The church people have become our family.

Favorite Restaurant: Mmmm.... Outback, Bellini's (DeLand), Friendly's...too many to list

About me:

College: I have taken a number of courses at Illinois Central College. I had planned on going to dental school to be a dental assistant, but started working at the telephone company and never made it to school.

Family: A wonderful Christian husband Michael, one beautiful Christian daughter Rebecca and wonderful Christian son-in-law Michael. Two very precious, beautiful grandaughters Elizabeth and Sarah.

On my day off you will find me: Cleaning house, quilting, spending time with my grandchildren or getting together with friends. Mike and I enjoy game nights with friends.

Favorite Movie: Old: Glass Bottom Boat with Doris Day. That movies always makes me laugh.

                            New: Cats and Dogs. I'm a dog lover and it's funny watching the cats try to take

                                           over the dogs.

I love Christ Community Church because: Of all the love shown here, and the people are so wonderful and caring. I really think of the people as my family. I sense God's Spirit and His moving in the life of our church, and am glad to be part of it.

Favorite Restaurant: Red Lobster and Sweet Tomatoes

Anything else you want to add: I thank the Lord for the opportunity He has given me to serve Him and you as the church secretary. My prayer is that God will use me in this position to further His kingdom.
